About Course
This 2-month HR / Operations Internship is a practical, industry-oriented training program designed to help beginners develop essential Human Resources, recruitment, employee coordination, and business operations management skills.
The program follows a structured learning approach, starting from the fundamentals of HR and operations workflows and gradually advancing toward real-world recruitment handling, employee management, workplace coordination, and operational reporting. It is designed to provide both conceptual understanding and hands-on practical experience through assignments, case studies, quizzes, and project-based learning.

The internship begins with the fundamentals of Human Resources and Operations Management, where learners understand how organizations manage employees, workflows, communication, and daily business activities. Once the basics are established, the program moves into recruitment and onboarding processes. Students also learn administrative coordination and professional workplace practices.
Additionally, the program covers workplace productivity tools and communication skills, including Microsoft Excel, reporting basics, professional email communication, meeting coordination, and documentation handling commonly used in HR and operations roles.
In the final phase, learners apply their knowledge through a mini HR / Operations Project, such as a Recruitment Tracking System, Employee Database Management Sheet, Attendance Reporting Workflow, or Operational Coordination Project.
