Welcome to TRL FutureX (“TRL FutureX”, “Company”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

TRL FutureX is an independent partnership firm engaged in providing educational, training, mentorship, internship, career development, placement assistance, and skill-development related services through digital and offline channels.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform including all websites, applications, portals, communities, communication channels, internship programs, training sessions, webinars, mentorship programs, learning systems, downloadable resources, certifications, placement assistance services, and associated offerings operated by TRL FutureX.

By accessing, browsing, registering, enrolling, purchasing, participating in, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.


1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to independently access or use the Platform.

1.2 Users below the age of 18 may access the Platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

1.3 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1.4 The Company reserves the right to verify user information and suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or unverifiable information.

2.1 TRL FutureX may provide services including but not limited to:

  • internship programs;
  • mentorship;
  • workshops;
  • webinars;
  • career guidance;
  • placement assistance;
  • resume reviews;
  • mock interviews;
  • certification programs;
  • freelancing guidance;
  • project-based learning;
  • community access;
  • networking opportunities;
  • digital resources.

2.2 All services are educational and facilitative in nature.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to:

  • modify services;
  • discontinue programs;
  • revise curriculum;
  • replace mentors;
  • alter schedules;
  • change pricing;
  • update content;
  • restrict access;
  • introduce new policies;
    without prior notice.

3. NO JOB OR PLACEMENT GUARANTEE

3.1 TRL FutureX does not guarantee:

  • employment;
  • job placement;
  • internships;
  • interview opportunities;
  • employer responses;
  • selection by recruiters;
  • salary packages;
  • freelance projects;
  • remote opportunities;
  • visa sponsorship;
  • internship conversion;
  • career growth;
  • business outcomes;
  • financial outcomes.

3.2 Placement assistance services are provided solely as support and facilitation services.

3.3 Employment and career outcomes depend on multiple external factors including:

  • user skills;
  • consistency;
  • academic background;
  • communication abilities;
  • market conditions;
  • employer requirements;
  • competition;
  • economic conditions;
  • experience levels.

3.4 The Company does not control hiring decisions made by third-party employers, recruiters, clients, or organizations.


4. INTERNSHIP DISCLAIMER

4.1 Internship programs provided through the Platform are educational and training-oriented opportunities intended solely for skill development.

4.2 Participation in internship programs does not create:

  • employment relationship;
  • employer-employee relationship;
  • agency relationship;
  • partnership relationship;
  • contractor relationship;
  • labor law entitlement.

4.3 Unless explicitly stated in writing, the Company does not guarantee:

  • stipends;
  • compensation;
  • employment;
  • internship conversion;
  • permanent opportunities.

4.4 Internship certificates may be issued solely at the discretion of the Company subject to:

  • attendance;
  • task completion;
  • conduct;
  • evaluation;
  • policy compliance;
  • performance standards.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

5.1 Users may be required to create accounts to access certain services.

5.2 Users are solely responsible for:

  • maintaining confidentiality of credentials;
  • all activities under their account;
  • preventing unauthorized access.

5.3 Users shall immediately notify the Company regarding unauthorized use or security breaches.

5.4 The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.


6. USER CONDUCT

6.1 Users agree not to:

  • share account credentials;
  • redistribute Platform materials;
  • copy or reproduce content;
  • record sessions without authorization;
  • use bots or automated systems;
  • scrape data;
  • upload malicious software;
  • impersonate others;
  • harass mentors or users;
  • misuse certificates;
  • submit plagiarized work;
  • violate intellectual property rights;
  • disrupt Platform operations;
  • engage in unlawful activity;
  • make defamatory statements;
  • attempt unauthorized access;
  • reverse engineer systems;
  • misuse community platforms.

6.2 The Company reserves absolute discretion to investigate and act against violations.


7. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

7.1 Users must maintain academic honesty and professional conduct.

7.2 Submission of plagiarized, copied, fraudulent, misleading, manipulated, or unauthorized AI-generated work may result in:

  • suspension;
  • termination;
  • certificate revocation;
  • permanent disqualification;
  • removal from programs.

7.3 The Company reserves the right to use plagiarism detection systems and manual review processes.


8. FEES AND PAYMENTS

8.1 All fees paid to TRL FutureX are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by the Company.

8.2 By making payment, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • they have reviewed all program details;
  • they understand the nature of services;
  • they voluntarily choose to enroll;
  • payments cannot be reversed on grounds of dissatisfaction, non-participation, personal circumstances, or career outcomes.

8.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases involving:

  • payment disputes;
  • unauthorized transactions;
  • chargebacks;
  • fraudulent activity;
  • failed payments.

8.4 Users shall bear all applicable:

  • taxes;
  • bank charges;
  • payment gateway charges;
  • currency conversion charges;
  • statutory levies.

9. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

9.1 All payments made to TRL FutureX are strictly non-refundable.

9.2 No refunds shall be granted under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • dissatisfaction with services;
  • change of mind;
  • lack of usage;
  • non-participation;
  • scheduling conflicts;
  • placement outcomes;
  • internship outcomes;
  • technical incompatibility;
  • personal reasons;
  • disciplinary suspension;
  • misunderstanding of program scope;
  • inability to complete program;
  • delayed participation.

9.3 Access to any paid content, community, session, resource, or service shall constitute full utilization of the purchased service.

9.4 Users initiating false, malicious, or unjustified chargebacks may face:

  • permanent suspension;
  • legal recovery proceedings;
  • blacklisting from future services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

10.1 All content available on the Platform including:

  • videos;
  • lectures;
  • documents;
  • graphics;
  • branding;
  • designs;
  • source materials;
  • templates;
  • learning resources;
  • community materials;
  • downloadable assets;
    are the exclusive intellectual property of TRL FutureX unless otherwise stated.

10.2 Users may not:

  • reproduce content;
  • distribute content;
  • resell content;
  • upload content elsewhere;
  • commercially exploit content;
  • create derivative works;
  • train AI systems using content;
  • share confidential materials.

10.3 Unauthorized use may result in:

  • civil proceedings;
  • criminal proceedings;
  • injunctive relief;
  • financial damages.

11. CERTIFICATES

11.1 Certificates may be issued solely at the discretion of the Company.

11.2 The Company reserves the right to deny, revoke, invalidate, or withhold certificates in cases involving:

  • misconduct;
  • plagiarism;
  • payment disputes;
  • incomplete participation;
  • policy violations;
  • unethical behavior.

11.3 Certificates do not constitute guarantees of employment, professional licensing, or government recognition unless explicitly stated.


12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

12.1 The Platform may integrate with or utilize third-party services including:

  • payment gateways;
  • communication platforms;
  • analytics providers;
  • hosting providers;
  • internship partners;
  • employers;
  • external communities.

12.2 The Company shall not be liable for:

  • third-party failures;
  • downtime;
  • breaches;
  • losses;
  • employer actions;
  • external service interruptions.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRL FutureX shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages;
  • consequential damages;
  • incidental damages;
  • data loss;
  • career outcomes;
  • employment decisions;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of opportunity;
  • loss of profits;
  • reputational damage;
  • technical failures.

13.2 The aggregate liability of the Company under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Users acknowledge that educational and placement-related outcomes inherently involve uncertainty and external dependencies.


14. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRL FutureX, its partners, affiliates, mentors, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and legal expenses arising from:

  • misuse of the Platform;
  • breach of these Terms;
  • violation of laws;
  • infringement of rights;
  • fraudulent conduct;
  • user-generated content;
  • community misconduct.

15. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

15.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice for:

  • policy violations;
  • misconduct;
  • fraud prevention;
  • reputational concerns;
  • legal compliance;
  • operational reasons;
  • abusive behavior.

15.2 Termination may result in immediate revocation of:

  • access rights;
  • certificates;
  • internship participation;
  • community membership;
  • placement assistance.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

TRL FutureX shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control including:

  • natural disasters;
  • internet outages;
  • cyberattacks;
  • pandemics;
  • government restrictions;
  • labor disputes;
  • power failures;
  • infrastructure failures;
  • technical disruptions.

17. PRIVACY

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.

By using the Platform, users consent to collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.


18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.


19. ARBITRATION AND JURISDICTION

19.1 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

19.2 The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Surat, Gujarat.

19.3 Proceedings shall be conducted in English.

19.4 Courts located in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration.


20. MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
