Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments, purchases, enrollments, subscriptions, internship programs, training services, mentorship programs, placement assistance services, digital products, certifications, and related offerings provided by TRL FutureX (“TRL FutureX”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any paid service offered by the Platform, users acknowledge, understand, and agree to this Policy in its entirety.

If you do not agree with this Policy, you must refrain from making purchases or using paid services.


1. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

1.1 All payments made to TRL FutureX are final, non-cancellable, and strictly non-refundable.

1.2 Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • services involve immediate allocation of resources;
  • digital access may be granted instantly;
  • mentorship slots may be reserved;
  • internship capacity may be allocated;
  • operational costs may be incurred immediately upon enrollment.

Accordingly, no refunds shall be issued except where expressly required under applicable law.


2. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

No refunds, reversals, adjustments, credits, or compensation shall be granted under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • change of mind;
  • dissatisfaction with services;
  • dissatisfaction with mentors;
  • dissatisfaction with internship experience;
  • dissatisfaction with placement outcomes;
  • dissatisfaction with learning experience;
  • inability to complete programs;
  • scheduling conflicts;
  • lack of participation;
  • missed sessions;
  • delayed participation;
  • misunderstanding of program scope;
  • technical incompatibility on user devices;
  • internet connectivity issues;
  • relocation;
  • academic workload;
  • employment commitments;
  • personal emergencies;
  • medical reasons;
  • financial difficulties;
  • family situations;
  • dissatisfaction with communication;
  • disagreement with policies;
  • suspension due to misconduct;
  • employer rejection;
  • failure to secure placement;
  • failure to secure internships;
  • lack of interview calls;
  • failure to obtain expected salary;
  • non-utilization of services;
  • inactivity.

3. DIGITAL SERVICES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Users acknowledge that:

  • digital educational services;
  • mentorship services;
  • internship access;
  • downloadable resources;
  • recorded content;
  • community access;
  • placement assistance;
    constitute services that may begin immediately upon enrollment.

Granting access to any paid service shall constitute commencement of service delivery.


4. ACCESS CONSTITUTES FULL UTILIZATION

Accessing any of the following shall constitute utilization of services:

  • course dashboards;
  • internship systems;
  • communities;
  • webinars;
  • recorded sessions;
  • live sessions;
  • downloadable resources;
  • mentorship channels;
  • support systems;
  • placement assistance systems.

Users shall not be entitled to refunds after such access is granted, irrespective of actual usage levels.


5. NON-TRANSFERABLE PAYMENTS

Payments made to TRL FutureX:

  • cannot be transferred;
  • cannot be reassigned;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be adjusted against unrelated services;
    unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.

6. PAYMENT FAILURES AND DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS

In cases involving:

  • duplicate transactions;
  • failed payments;
  • payment gateway errors;
  • accidental multiple charges;

users must contact the Company with reasonable supporting evidence.

TRL FutureX may investigate such matters and process legitimate corrections at its sole discretion.

This shall not constitute a refund obligation.


7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

7.1 Users shall not initiate false, malicious, fraudulent, or unjustified:

  • chargebacks;
  • payment reversals;
  • payment disputes;
  • unauthorized transaction claims.

7.2 Initiation of unjustified payment disputes may result in:

  • immediate suspension;
  • permanent account termination;
  • revocation of certificates;
  • revocation of internship access;
  • blacklisting from future services;
  • legal recovery proceedings;
  • recovery of administrative and legal costs.

7.3 The Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using:

  • login records;
  • communication logs;
  • enrollment records;
  • access logs;
  • attendance data;
  • digital activity records;
  • policy acceptance records.

8. NO REFUND FOR PLACEMENT OR CAREER OUTCOMES

Users acknowledge that:

  • placement assistance;
  • internship assistance;
  • career guidance;
  • mentorship;
    are facilitative services only.

Failure to obtain:

  • employment;
  • internships;
  • interviews;
  • salary expectations;
  • freelance projects;
  • career growth;
    shall not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

9. NO REFUND FOR MISCONDUCT OR POLICY VIOLATIONS

Users suspended, restricted, terminated, or removed due to:

  • misconduct;
  • plagiarism;
  • harassment;
  • abusive behavior;
  • policy violations;
  • fraud;
  • unethical conduct;
    shall not be entitled to refunds under any circumstances.

10. COMPANY CANCELLATION RIGHTS

TRL FutureX reserves the right to:

  • cancel programs;
  • postpone sessions;
  • replace mentors;
  • modify schedules;
  • discontinue services;
  • restrict access;
    for operational, legal, security, reputational, or business reasons.

Such actions shall not automatically create refund obligations unless expressly determined by the Company.


11. THIRD-PARTY LIMITATIONS

TRL FutureX shall not be responsible for:

  • banking delays;
  • payment gateway failures;
  • internet disruptions;
  • device incompatibility;
  • third-party platform outages;
  • recruiter decisions;
  • employer conduct;
  • external technical failures.

Users acknowledge that such external factors are beyond the Company’s reasonable control.


12. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for:

  • reviewing program details before purchase;
  • understanding program scope;
  • verifying compatibility;
  • reviewing policies;
  • evaluating suitability of services.

Completion of payment constitutes confirmation that the user has independently evaluated and accepted the offered services.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRL FutureX shall not be liable for:

  • financial losses;
  • missed opportunities;
  • dissatisfaction;
  • indirect damages;
  • consequential damages;
  • loss of profits;
  • career outcomes;
  • employment outcomes;
  • technical issues;
  • third-party failures.

The aggregate liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service, where liability cannot legally be excluded.


14. EXCEPTION WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this Policy shall limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where refunds are mandatorily required by competent legal authority or applicable law, the Company reserves the right to process such matters strictly in accordance with legal requirements.


15. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

TRL FutureX reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised policies.


16. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall remain subject to arbitration and jurisdiction clauses contained within the Terms & Conditions.
