This Placement Disclaimer governs all placement assistance, career support, internship assistance, hiring facilitation, recruiter interactions, career guidance, and related services provided by TRL FutureX (“TRL FutureX”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using any placement-related service offered through the Platform, users acknowledge, understand, and agree to this Disclaimer in its entirety.

If you do not agree with this Disclaimer, you must discontinue use of placement-related services immediately.


1. EDUCATIONAL AND FACILITATIVE NATURE OF SERVICES

TRL FutureX provides placement assistance services solely for educational, guidance, networking, exposure, mentorship, and facilitation purposes.

The Company acts only as a facilitative platform and does not function as:

  • an employer;
  • recruitment agency;
  • staffing agency;
  • outsourcing provider;
  • labor contractor;
  • employment guarantor.

All placement-related services are support-oriented and intended to assist users in career development efforts.


2. NO GUARANTEED PLACEMENT

TRL FutureX does not guarantee:

  • job placement;
  • internships;
  • interview calls;
  • employer responses;
  • selection by recruiters;
  • salary packages;
  • remote opportunities;
  • freelance projects;
  • project acquisition;
  • promotions;
  • career growth;
  • visa sponsorship;
  • employment conversion;
  • employment duration;
  • employer retention;
  • compensation levels.

Users acknowledge that no verbal statement, advertisement, marketing material, mentor communication, webinar, presentation, social media content, or promotional activity shall be interpreted as a legally binding guarantee of placement or employment outcomes.


3. OUTCOMES DEPEND ON EXTERNAL FACTORS

Placement and career outcomes depend on numerous external and individual factors including but not limited to:

  • communication abilities;
  • educational background;
  • consistency;
  • interview performance;

4. NO CONTROL OVER EMPLOYERS

The Company does not:

  • control employers;
  • influence selection outcomes;
  • determine compensation structures;
  • guarantee responses from companies.

All employment-related decisions are made solely by independent third-party employers or recruiters.

TRL FutureX shall not be responsible for:

  • lack of interviews;
  • salary dissatisfaction;
  • employer conduct;
  • workplace conditions;
  • termination by employers;
  • changes in hiring policies.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF INTERVIEW CALLS

Users acknowledge that:

  • completion of courses;
  • internship participation;
  • certifications;
    do not guarantee interview opportunities or recruiter engagement.

Employers may independently shortlist candidates at their sole discretion.


6. NO INCOME OR EARNING GUARANTEE

TRL FutureX does not guarantee:

  • minimum income;
  • freelancing revenue;
  • project earnings;
  • salary ranges;
  • business growth;
  • financial success;
  • monetization opportunities.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or success stories shared by the Company represent individual experiences and shall not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of future results.


7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are solely responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate resumes;
  • attending interviews;
  • preparing adequately;
  • communicating professionally;
  • verifying opportunities;
  • conducting due diligence;
  • complying with employer requirements;
  • maintaining ethical conduct.

Failure to perform these responsibilities may affect placement outcomes.


8. THIRD-PARTY RECRUITERS AND EXTERNAL OPPORTUNITIES

TRL FutureX may share opportunities originating from:

  • employers;
  • recruiters;
  • partner organizations;
  • external platforms;
  • hiring communities.

The Company does not independently verify all third-party opportunities and shall not be liable for:

  • fraudulent recruiters;
  • scams;
  • fake offers;
  • misleading job descriptions;
  • employer misconduct;
  • compensation disputes;
  • workplace disputes;
  • hiring delays.

Users are strongly advised to independently verify opportunities before accepting offers or sharing sensitive information.


9. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP

Use of placement assistance services does not create:

  • employment relationship;
  • agency relationship;
  • partnership relationship;
  • contractual employment obligations;
    between users and TRL FutureX.

The Company remains an independent facilitative platform only.


10. CERTIFICATIONS AND PLACEMENT

Certificates issued by TRL FutureX:

  • do not constitute professional licensing;
  • do not guarantee employability;
  • do not guarantee industry recognition;
  • do not create legal entitlement to employment.

Employers may independently evaluate the relevance or acceptance of certifications.


11. REFUND LIMITATIONS

Dissatisfaction relating to:

  • placement outcomes;
  • salary expectations;
  • lack of interviews;
  • employer responses;
  • hiring timelines;
  • internship conversion;
    shall not constitute grounds for:
  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;
  • compensation claims;
  • fee reversals.

All payments remain governed by the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.


12. PLATFORM DISCRETION

TRL FutureX reserves the right to:

  • restrict placement access;
  • modify placement programs;
  • discontinue opportunities;
  • remove users from placement pools;
  • deny placement assistance;
  • suspend participation;
    for operational, disciplinary, reputational, legal, or compliance reasons.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRL FutureX shall not be liable for:

  • placement failures;
  • rejection by employers;
  • hiring delays;
  • career stagnation;
  • financial losses;
  • salary dissatisfaction;
  • employer misconduct;
  • termination by employers;
  • workplace disputes;
  • freelancing losses;
  • project failures;
  • business losses;
  • reputational impact.

Users acknowledge that placement and career development involve inherent uncertainty and external dependencies beyond the Company’s control.


14. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRL FutureX from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and legal expenses arising from:

  • user conduct;
  • false information shared by users;
  • employer disputes;
  • interview misconduct;
  • fraudulent activities;
  • misuse of placement services.

15. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

TRL FutureX reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of placement-related services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.


16. GOVERNING LAW

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall remain subject to arbitration and jurisdiction clauses contained within the Terms & Conditions.
