Internship Disclaimer

This Internship Disclaimer governs all internship-related programs, training opportunities, project-based engagements, mentorship activities, practical learning experiences, and associated services provided through TRL FutureX (“TRL FutureX”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By participating in any internship-related activity offered by the Platform, users acknowledge, understand, and agree to this Disclaimer in its entirety.

If you do not agree with this Disclaimer, you must discontinue participation immediately.


1. EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PURPOSE

Internship programs provided through TRL FutureX are educational and training-oriented opportunities intended primarily for:

  • skill development;
  • practical exposure;
  • project learning;
  • mentorship;
  • career readiness;
  • portfolio development;
  • experiential learning.

Internships are structured for learning and professional growth purposes only.


2. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP

Participation in internship programs does not create:

  • employer-employee relationship;
  • employment contract;
  • agency relationship;
  • contractor relationship;
  • partnership relationship;
  • labor law entitlement;
  • permanent employment rights.

Users acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily for educational and training purposes.

TRL FutureX shall not be considered an employer unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives.


3. NO GUARANTEE OF STIPEND OR COMPENSATION

Unless explicitly stated in writing by the Company:

  • internships may be unpaid;
  • stipends are not guaranteed;
  • compensation is not guaranteed;
  • incentives are not guaranteed;
  • reimbursements are not guaranteed.

Users must not assume financial entitlement solely by participating in internship activities.


4. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT OR CONVERSION

Participation in internships does not guarantee:

  • job offers;
  • employment conversion;
  • permanent positions;
  • future engagement;
  • placement opportunities;
  • freelance work;
  • recommendation letters;
  • employer referrals.

Internship completion shall not create any legal expectation of employment.


5. PERFORMANCE-BASED EVALUATION

Internship outcomes, evaluations, certifications, and continuation may depend on:

  • attendance;
  • punctuality;
  • task completion;
  • professionalism;
  • communication;
  • mentor evaluations;
  • quality of submissions;
  • compliance with instructions;
  • project participation;
  • behavioral standards.

The Company reserves sole discretion in assessing internship performance.


6. CERTIFICATES AND LETTERS

Certificates, completion letters, recommendation letters, or experience letters may be issued solely at the discretion of TRL FutureX.

The Company reserves the right to deny, revoke, invalidate, or withhold such documents in cases involving:

  • incomplete participation;
  • misconduct;
  • plagiarism;
  • unethical conduct;
  • policy violations;
  • poor performance;
  • disciplinary action;
  • payment disputes;
  • fraudulent activity.

Issuance of certificates does not guarantee:

  • employment;
  • industry recognition;
  • government recognition;
  • professional licensing.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Interns are expected to:

  • maintain professionalism;
  • follow mentor instructions;
  • complete assigned tasks;
  • communicate respectfully;
  • comply with deadlines;
  • avoid plagiarism;
  • maintain confidentiality;
  • comply with Company policies;
  • act ethically.

Users are solely responsible for their conduct during internship participation.


8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Interns may receive access to:

  • internal resources;
  • project materials;
  • client-related information;
  • proprietary methods;
  • educational resources;
  • confidential discussions.

Users agree not to:

  • disclose confidential information;
  • share internal materials;
  • distribute project resources;
  • misuse proprietary information.

The Company reserves the right to take legal or disciplinary action for confidentiality breaches.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • all internship-related materials;
  • project assets;
  • training resources;
  • internal documentation;
  • systems;
  • templates;
  • educational content;
    remain the intellectual property of TRL FutureX or respective rights holders.

Users shall not:

  • copy materials;
  • redistribute content;
  • commercially exploit resources;
  • claim ownership over Company property;
  • misuse confidential assets.

10. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION

Internship continuation may require:

  • minimum attendance;
  • active participation;
  • timely submissions;
  • mentor engagement;
  • completion of assigned responsibilities.

Failure to meet participation expectations may result in:

  • removal from internship;
  • certificate denial;
  • restricted access;
  • disciplinary action.

11. PLATFORM DISCRETION

TRL FutureX reserves the right to:

  • modify internship structures;
  • replace mentors;
  • alter schedules;
  • revise tasks;
  • suspend internships;
  • discontinue programs;
  • remove participants;
    without prior notice.

The Company may take such actions for:

  • operational reasons;
  • policy violations;
  • reputational concerns;
  • legal compliance;
  • misconduct;
  • security reasons.

12. NO GUARANTEE OF PROJECTS OR CLIENT WORK

TRL FutureX does not guarantee:

  • real client projects;
  • live commercial assignments;
  • external collaborations;
  • paid opportunities;
  • portfolio approvals;
  • project publication.

Availability of projects may vary based on operational and market conditions.


13. THIRD-PARTY ORGANIZATIONS

Internship opportunities may involve interaction with:

  • mentors;
  • recruiters;
  • external organizations;
  • project collaborators;
  • partner companies.

TRL FutureX shall not be liable for:

  • actions of third parties;
  • workplace disputes;
  • project disagreements;
  • communication failures;
  • external organizational decisions;
  • external delays.

Users are responsible for exercising independent judgment while engaging with third parties.


14. NO REFUND ENTITLEMENT

Dissatisfaction relating to:

  • internship quality;
  • project allocation;
  • mentor style;
  • lack of stipend;
  • workload;
  • communication delays;
  • non-conversion to employment;
    shall not constitute grounds for:
  • refunds;
  • compensation;
  • fee reversal;
  • chargeback approval.

All payments remain subject to the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.


15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRL FutureX shall not be liable for:

  • career outcomes;
  • employment outcomes;
  • financial losses;
  • project disputes;
  • internship dissatisfaction;
  • communication delays;
  • technical issues;
  • mentor availability;
  • third-party conduct;
  • missed opportunities.

Users acknowledge that internship experiences inherently involve variability and uncertainty.


16. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRL FutureX from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and legal expenses arising from:

  • misconduct;
  • confidentiality breaches;
  • intellectual property violations;
  • false information;
  • unauthorized disclosures;
  • illegal conduct;
  • misuse of internship resources.

17. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

TRL FutureX reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued participation in internship programs constitutes acceptance of revised terms.


18. GOVERNING LAW

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall remain subject to arbitration and jurisdiction clauses contained within the Terms & Conditions.
