This 3-month HR / Operations Internship is a structured, practical training program designed to help beginners develop strong foundational skills in Human Resources, recruitment, employee coordination, and business operations management.

In the final phase, learners apply their knowledge by working on a real-world HR / Operations Project, such as a Recruitment Management Workflow, Employee Database Tracker, HR Reporting System, or Operational Task Coordination System.
