Students will understand how organizations function internally, how departments interact, and how HR acts as the backbone of employee management. You will learn the structure of companies, HR roles, employee lifecycle basics, and how operations ensure smooth business execution. This module is essential because it builds the foundation required for all advanced HR functions like recruitment, payroll, and performance management. In real organizations, HR and Operations teams work together to maintain workforce efficiency, productivity, and compliance. Without this foundation, HR processes cannot be executed properly. By the end of this module, learners will understand organizational structure, HR responsibilities, and basic operational workflows used in companies.

Module 2: Recruitment, Selection & Talent Acquisition (HR Operations Core)
This module focuses on one of the most critical HR Operations functions: recruitment and talent acquisition. Students will learn how companies identify hiring needs, create job roles, source candidates, and execute structured selection processes. You will understand how HR translates business requirements into job descriptions and builds a complete hiring pipeline from sourcing to final selection. This includes workforce planning, job analysis, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Recruitment is a core HR responsibility because hiring the right talent directly impacts productivity, culture, and business success. Poor hiring decisions can lead to operational delays and financial losses. By the end of this module, learners will be able to design end-to-end recruitment workflows and manage hiring processes like a real HR Operations professional.

Module 3: Employee Onboarding, Payroll & HR Operations Management
This module focuses on the operational side of Human Resources after recruitment and selection are completed. Once a candidate is hired, HR Operations becomes responsible for onboarding employees, managing employee records, handling attendance, processing payroll, and ensuring smooth workforce administration. Students will learn how organizations convert selected candidates into active employees through structured onboarding systems and operational workflows. You will also understand payroll management, salary structures, attendance systems, leave management, and HR documentation processes used in real corporate environments. This module is highly important because onboarding and payroll directly affect employee satisfaction, compliance, and organizational efficiency. Errors in these processes can lead to financial issues, poor employee experience, and legal risks. By the end of this module, learners will be able to manage employee onboarding workflows, understand payroll calculations, maintain HR records, and execute core HR Operations activities like a real HR Executive or HR Operations Associate.

Final Module: HR Operations Capstone Project (2-Month Internship Completion Project)
This final module is a complete real-world HR Operations simulation where students combine everything learned in the internship into a single structured HR system. It represents how a real company manages recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, compliance, and reporting in an integrated workflow. Students will design an end-to-end HR Operations framework for a mid-size organization. This includes HR processes, documentation systems, employee lifecycle management, and reporting structures. This module is highly important because it prepares learners for real job roles such as HR Executive, HR Operations Associate, and HR Generalist (Junior Level). It simulates real corporate HR environments where multiple systems work together. By completing this module, learners will have a portfolio-ready HR Operations project demonstrating industry-level understanding.
