HR Executive (1–3 Years Experience) – IT Industry
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1-3 years of experience to support our HR and Talent Acquisition functions in a fast-paced IT environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement, and will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires occasional travel for recruitment drives, campus hiring, and HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for roles such as Developers, Testers, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, and Support Engineers
- Source and screen candidates based on technical requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment dashboards
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Travel for campus drives, walk-ins, and recruitment events as required
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and internal systems
- Manage attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll coordination
- Draft and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and initiatives
- Support learning & development programs and training coordination
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and assist in analysis
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of employee data
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards using Excel
- Support HR audits and policy implementation
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in IT recruitment)
- Good understanding of IT roles and technical terminology
- Experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
